Just when I thought I’d photographed every wedding venue on the mountain, this insanely fun fall Lake Arrowhead wedding at Miller’s Landing changed everything. You can bet that I’ll be adding them to my list of Best Wedding Venues in Lake Arrowhead because you’ll be as instantly enchanted as I was!
R’s mom initially reached out to me after some googling of Lake Arrowhead wedding photographers and she told me that just from reading my website, she knew my personality would fit right in (shenanigans and coffee all the way). R &A, and I hopped on a consult and the shenanigans quickly got out of control. It was about 10% talking about their fall wedding at Miller’s Landing Lake Arrowhead and 90% laughing until we were all in tears. With the understanding that there would be no chance of a single serious moment between the three of us…I could not wait.
Located on the backside of Lake Arrowhead right off of Hwy 173, Miller’s Landing used to be a plant nursery back when my high school bus stop was right down the street. The owners have taken this beautiful property and turned it into the the most stunning wedding venue. From the highway you’d never expect to enter and find a wide open ceremony space set against the backdrop of forest, an outdoor area reminiscent of an elegant winery for cocktail hour, and a stunning barn to dance the night away with your friends and family.
Like I said, I knew going in that serious moments would be difficult to come by…and I was not wrong! The shenanigans, hilarious facial expressions, and everyone making fun of each other (including me!) made for a never ending good time right from the start.
The shenanigans and facial expressions held true through the night and really started to shine during the dancing! Let’s just say that R and A did the grand exit three different times because they were having such great time!
