We’re back for this Lytle Creek Hidden Acres fall brunch wedding with Nikki and Chris! Hidden Acres is a stunning venue tucked away right off the highway in Lytle Creek. You could pass by it a million times without even knowing all of this beauty was right on the other side of the creek. There are several ceremony sites, a tiny elopement chapel, a small site with the backdrop of the mountainside, a larger one with a view of the lake behind it, and another on the other side of the venue in an open space with trees and the mountain looming behind. Check out this spring wedding at Hidden Acres and an engagement session there too!

Chris and Nikki met when they worked together at Nordstrom and seven years later he proposed in Hawaii. He thought he was proposing two years earlier when he showed her his grandma’s ring. She told him she thought it was beautiful (and oh boy is it!) and then handed it back expecting him to do it properly. Little did she know that she wouldn’t see that ring for another two years! Because of that she laughed when he proposed but of course she said yes.

Laughter and joyful tears permeated every moment of their Lytle Creek Hidden Acres fall brunch wedding. Nikki had lost both her parents and her uncle walked her down the aisle, her sister was her maid of honor, and Chris’ kids were both in the wedding. Coming from small families, they were surrounded by friends who danced and laughed the morning away with them. And of course being a brunch wedding, there had to be a donut wall, waffles, and sausage and eggs! If you’re going to get married in the morning it only makes sense to get in on all the amazingness of breakfast!
