If You’re Looking For A Historic Venue Redlands Is THE Place To Find One
We’re back with another historic gem for this Redlands Fall Wedding at the Mitten Building. In the very heart of downtown Redlands, The Mitten Building was built in 1890 as a packing house and became a letter factory in the 1940s. It stood empty for many years before being restored to its current glory of exposed brick and beams. This venue has a versatile feel and beautiful open spaces, making it perfect for the vintage elegance that J & B were aiming for on their wedding day.

J & B met in high school though it took some time for the high school football player to win over the girl. J is a strong independent woman who owns her own business is how B described her to me. Then one day he was able to make his move and he still can’t believe she agreed to marry him.
All The Vintage Details
J’s dress was the most beautiful nod to the 1920s and fit the vintage elegance of the Mitten Building. With all the exposed brick and wood and her satin and lace dress, it felt like we stepped back in time. Right before the wedding B surprised J with a new ring that also had the most gorgeous vintage vibe to it. Seriously. LOOK AT THIS RING! It’s a work of art and looks like a vintage masterpiece.
With The Mitten Building being in the heart of downtown Redlands, locations for photos are more limited but far from impossible. The facade of the brick and bougainvillea provides plenty of backdrop to take advantage of, incorporating the beauty of the historic building and allowing the focus to be on J & B.
