A sunrise engagement in Downtown Riverside is such a great way to take advantage of any beautiful downtown area while avoiding crowds and the heat of summer in Southern California. The gritty beauty of the location can really be used to the fullest during the earliest hours of the day. With historic churches and the incredible Mission Inn there is so much to take advantage of in the architecture of the area and leant a Hollywood style to our engagement session.
W & G met at a birthday party and hit it off. They have the CUTEST little boy together who is going to stand up with them at their wedding. G reached out to me and was in love with my black and white photos of a wedding I did at the Carlsbad Flower Fields. A Downtown Riverside sunrise engagement was an easy fit to bring in the elegance of black and white photography. The entire morning felt like a romcom where the couple has stayed up all night talking and walking the streets until the sun comes up. Afterwards G told me that they had so much fun that it felt like a date instead of an awkward photo session. BEST. COMPLIMENT. EVER.
