Years Of Friendship And Unspoken Feelings

D&E have varying accounts of how they met. D swears they met in middle school when she played the sister of one of his friends. E disputes that and says they met at a pool party before their freshman year of high school. As with many high school friendships they were on the boarders of each other’s friend groups. They became close friends at the end of high school but were driven apart by teenage gossip and the run of the mill never admitting their true feelings. That distance continued until they finally had an honest conversation in a McDonald’s parking lot their senior year of college. With all the things they were too young and dumb to say before finally out in the open…the rest is history.

D&E both have very serious and important jobs they are passionately devoted to. With their professional lives being so intense, they found that the thing they love about their relationship is how much they laugh and have fun together. After so many years of history and friendship, they aren’t cliche about being best friends. Every couple might say they marry their best friend but that was actually the case!
